Launcher Upgrades

Thinking about the previous testing, decided to make a few more upgrades to the launcher.

* Pro-Arms M203 grip - Not to be used during firing but should make manipulating the launcher during loading/unloading easier. For those that don't know, you never ever ever hold your hand on the launcher tube or anywhere forward of the firing pin when firing a 37mm launcher.

Hopefully the grip will make loading less awkward.

* M203 launcher rail mounted leaf sight - hopefully can get the range/arc better during future testing and not scare the cows, get the shute tangled in the trees, hit the trees etc.
